Village Walk Affordable Housing Program

Thank you for your interest in our Affordable Housing Program at Village Walk in Hacienda Heights. The affordable sales price for the middle-income homes is expected to be approximately $483,300, however, the final affordable sales price will be determined at the time of contract. Please fill out the form below to be entered into a housing lottery for the opportunity to participate in the program through a randomized selection process. We are accepting applications for middle-income affordable homes between April 26, 2024 – May 26, 2024.
